Phase II : ivonescimab + chimiothérapie en 1^re  (Cohorte 1) et 2^e ligne (cohorte 2) de l'adénocarcinome gastrique/œso-gastrique avancé.

Cohorte 1

Principaux critères d'inclusion

1^re ligne : HER2 négatif + Claudine négatif, tout CPS PD-L1

Schéma évalué

FOLFOX + ivonescimab (anti-PD1/VEGF)

Cohorte 2

 

Principaux critères d'inclusion

2^e ligne : ≥ 1 ligne, patient avec un biomarqueur positif (HER2/PD-L1/Claudine)

Schéma évalué

Paclitaxel ou FOLFIRI + ivonescimab
